5 minutes Stir-fry Noodles!

Very simple veggie recipe for some fantastic stir-fry rice noodles.

It’s very easy to buy one of those noodles pack: pour the boiling water, the powder and there it is, full of preservative substances and with an arguable taste.

What if I told you that in 5 minutes it’s possible to prepare some fantastic stir-fry noodles like the one you eat at your favorite Chinese restaurant.

Exactly, 5 minutes!

  • 100g noodles;
  • Half red pepper;
  • 1 Garlic clove;
  • 2 Branches parsley;
  • 150g Broccoli;
  • Salt;
  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil;
  • 2 Tablespoon soy sauce;

The first thing to do is to fill a pan with water and put it on the flame.

The next step is cutting the half-red pepper, the parsley, the garlic and the broccoli in very fine pieces.

You want to have everything ready when the moment to fry them comes!

Remember remove from the broccoli only the most hard part, but not totally as also the stems have a great consistency and taste.

Hopefully at this moment the water in the pan is boiling.

At this point for knowing how to cook best the noodles, check on their package as each different type has it’s own way took cook.

In this case I used some rice thick noodles and their instruction said that they had to cook for 5 minutes. Don’t worry if you have a different kind of noodles than mine, you can do this recipe with all of them!

So now, put the noodles in the boiling water.

When the noodles are cooking, put in a separate pan with two tablespoon of oil, all the vegetables you have cut before

Slightly salt the mix and stir it continuously as you don’t want nothing to stick to the pan.

When the noodles are cooked, before draining them, make sure to put the flame where the vegetables are at a low intensity.

Now, drain the noodles and unite them to the vegetables.

Pour also two tablespoon of soy sauce and stir.

When the ingredients are mixed well together, it’s time to serve.

In five minutes some amazing stir-fry noodles are ready to be eaten.

You will fall in love with the contrast between the noodles and the juicy vegetables.
